By creating an account on Brijly, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.
Brijly is a marketplace that connects brands with content creators. Brijly facilitates transactions but is not a party to agreements between brands and creators. All deals are between the brand and creator directly.
All payments are processed through Stripe. Brijly holds funds in escrow until content is delivered and confirmed. Platform fees of 10-15% are deducted from the total deal value. Funds are released to creators upon brand confirmation or after the auto-release period.
Creators are responsible for delivering content as agreed, disclosing sponsored partnerships per FTC guidelines, maintaining accurate follower and engagement data, and complying with all applicable laws.
Brands are responsible for clearly communicating campaign requirements, reviewing and confirming delivered content in a timely manner, and ensuring their products and campaigns comply with all applicable laws and platform policies.
Users may not circumvent the platform to avoid fees, post false or misleading information, engage in harassment or discrimination, use the platform for illegal purposes, or attempt to reverse-engineer or compromise the platform.
Disputes between brands and creators should first be attempted to resolve through the platform's built-in dispute system. Brijly may mediate disputes but is not obligated to resolve them. Brijly's decision in mediated disputes is final.
Brijly reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or harm other users of the platform.
Brijly is not liable for the quality of content produced, the success of marketing campaigns, disputes between users, or any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform.
Brijly may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
